Maybe due to her upbringing or due to her condition, Zero never felt very emotional about things nor people.
Her mother's death, short after her 5th birthday, made her home hard. Her father never rose from his wife's suicide. No music was played; no smiles were to be seen.
This made her run to books for shelter. No matter the subject, she would read several each week. This was her socializing. She sailed with Francis Drake in her bed, and migrated with the Japanese cranes from her garden.
In school the situation was pretty much the same like at home. She was a freak, and no smiles were thrown her way either. She couldn’t careless, that was all she had her life, and emotion felt to her like a lack of rational mind anyway.
She would excel in sports. Jumping and fast running were her favorite. Later on, these attributes would save her life, when she joined the British Tactics in the Borneo Confrontation. Her agility and speed made the deep dense jungle feel like a playground.

It is believed neither the British Army nor the Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment ever holding a record for accepting a female under their wings. No official record of Zero exists either. She is only mentioned officially by the British Military as being part of UK Foreign Office’s Information Research Department the Psyops. A department that used black propaganda to frame the Indonesian President Sukamo. Although she fought against Indonesian communism and Sukamo’s beliefs in the Borneo Confrontation, she left once she realized the MI6 had an hidden agenda for planning Sukamo’s death.
This made her Persona non grata, never being able to work again neither for the British Government nor for the New Zealand one.
Being born in UK but emigrated since very young to New Zealand, there was no exact way of recalling to her home nation. Even though she wasn’t obliged to leave, she moved to Russia.
With the will to enhance her physical abilities she ended up traveling several countries, from Russian to Israel, going through India, Italy, Japan and even to Patagonia’s Tierra del Fuego.

Her “albinism” granted her some unique abilities in the war field. She was able to see clearly with almost inexistent light sources, the capacity to see clearly all the color spectrum, including the infrared and the ultraviolet colors. Besides that, she was tested for fore seeing (came out positive, but no more than few seconds precognition), also the capacity of inducing fear, distrust and famine. Leading Seaman Aaron Sandeep tells “Off the coast of Elizabeth Reef, in the Tasman sea, we came across a boat of bounty hunters, probably fishing for exotic sea animals to be sold in the black market. As soon as we approached their boat, three of the five men started shooting at us as the remaining two started the boat engines to take off. Zero just faced me and said “choose one of these idiots to live, the rest is going down.” as she finished the sentence one of the men started screaming and dove into the sea. Instantly large groups of animals dragged him down, drowning him. The other one attacked the other remaining shooter and bit him in the neck, biting off such a huge chunk of meat that killed him almost instantly. She actually left the remaining two “safe”. She said afterwards they had dirty thoughts, so I think she was inside their minds for moments. Also, among other sea fauna there was a big number of black cods swimming around our boats, I’m not sure, but I think she had something to do with it too. Black cods are an endangered species, not seen very often nowadays, but that night I could easily count a decent number. We all stared at each other trying to understand what just had happened, but no word was said and until today we don’t know exactly how she did it, we just know she manage to kill three men formidably without wasting a single shot.

Currently she works as a freelance hitman and occasionally requested by nations armies.

Family Matters.
Zero has an older brother. It is believed he has some special abilities too, due to the fact that last time they met, she ended up in the hospital with several broken ribs, broken jaw and chopped off arm. That arm was replaced by a bionic one thanks to Kabuji Inagawa, Yakuza Lord.
